Black Quebec Serpentine 3”x 3”x8” 10/15/2005
This stone was very hard to carve by hand. I wanted to carve a bigger version of my first carving, Melody, in black. The hardness of the stone made it a challenge to carve a different design and try some different texturing on the piece.
